Busy Busy Bees

Life has been so busy lately.  I know lame excuse for not blogging.  I keep saying I'm going to and then I find something else that needs to be done.

So here I am finally sitting down to spill all.  Our lives have changed a lot over the last couple of months.  My 10yr relationship finally played out everything it could and believe me we tried.  He moved out and then Cinderella's boyfriend moved out and we had the place to ourselves.  So we thought. :)

Then a very good friend of mine needed somewhere to stay and I am never one to turn my back on my friends.  It's completely different having her here.  The kids love it and to be frank so do I.  It certainly helps with the moving on and single part of my life right now.

Don't get me wrong, single life is definitely agreeing with me.  I can honestly say I haven't been this happy since I can't remember.  I see life so completely different now, with new refreshed eyes.  I am embracing my singlehood and looking forward to what life will bring me.  I have committed to being single for a whole year which I haven't had in over 18 years.  Should be quite interesting.

One thing that hasn't changed is the time of year that it is.  That's right it's baseball season once again.  The Baseball Stud is in his 3rd year of the Majors division.  This could possibly be his last year of little league and that saddens me.  I remember when we first started t-ball, it feels like just yesterday and then I turn around and see this big soon to be teenager and I'm brought back to reality.  It's hard to grasp.  So for the next 3 months I will be posting pictures from the games.  He has really started awesome this year, twice being inches from getting home-runs.  I have no doubt that he will get at least one home-run this year.

I haven't even come close to really catching up but wanted to make sure to actually blog since I had time at the computer tonight.  I look forward to catching up on everyone's blogs too.  Until then.......
