12 Weeks and Counting

So I said I was going to keep updating as Cinderella's pregnancy went along.  Well we've gone through 12 weeks now.

We just went to a church camp out this last weekend and she toughed it out really well.  I think she only got sick one of the days out of the weekend.  I had one of my friends take a picture of her since she is starting to get a little pooch.  So here is that picture.

I think she looks absolutely beautiful.  She has actually lost weight but I think that is to be expected with all the morning sickness she is getting, more like all day sickness.

We had to go into the doctors today because lately she has been feeling very faint and dizzy.  They had to take her blood pressure 3 times because it wasn't registering. She has VERY low blood pressure that is most likely brought on by the pregnancy, before hand her BP was fine.  We also found out that she has an over active thyroid.  I'm quite jealous of that and personally think it's unfair.  But that is just the unselfishness in me. :)

We need to keep making sure that she is drinking lots of water and is careful about how quickly she gets up and moves around.  This is definitely one difficult pregnancy at some points.  She has made it clear to me that she will not be doing this again!!!  We'll see. :)

We went out and bought a pack-n-play that has a built in bassinet and changing table.  One purchase that we decided on now.  The rest will wait until September 20th when we find out what she is having.  Things are getting more and more exciting.  Telling myself that I can't wait for February...... Patience young grasshopper is what I tell her so maybe I should take my own advice.

And here is what getting up early for a doctors appointment and then running around all day with a friend will do to a pregnant girl...... :)
